1. The license

Hatchlock is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few game-specific points. If the two ever conflict, Apple's agreement applies.

2. Purchases and in-game items

The Ad-Free purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase handled by Apple. It removes interstitial ads, doubles bird rewards without videos and gives one free hint per attempt. You can restore it with “Restore Purchases” in Settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Hints, undos, extra moves, extra time and birds are in-game items only. They have no cash value and can't be sold, exchanged or transferred.

3. Ads

The free game shows ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded videos are optional. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

4. Fair play

Please don't modify, reverse engineer or tamper with the game or its saved data, or use it to break any law. Daily challenge results are stored on your device only; there are no leaderboards.

5. Your saved progress

Progress is saved on your device. We can't recover progress lost by deleting the app or changing devices. iCloud sync is planned for a future update.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the game, add or change content, and update these terms. The current version is always on this page. We try to keep the game available, but it is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

1. 许可

本游戏以许可方式提供给你使用，而非出售，适用 Apple 的《许可应用程序最终用户许可协议》。本条款补充几项游戏相关的说明；如与 Apple 协议冲突，以 Apple 协议为准。

2. 购买与游戏内物品

“无广告版”是由 Apple 处理的一次性、非消耗型购买：去除插屏广告，鸟的产出不看视频也能双倍领取，每局一次免费提示。可以在设置里点“恢复购买”找回。
退款由 Apple 按其政策处理（reportaproblem.apple.com）。
提示、撤销、加步、加时和鸟都只是游戏内物品，没有现金价值，不能出售、兑换或转让。

3. 广告

免费版会展示 Google AdMob 的广告，激励视频由你自行选择是否观看。广告数据如何处理请见隐私政策。

4. 公平游戏

请不要修改、反向工程或篡改游戏及其存档，也不要利用本游戏从事违法行为。每日挑战成绩只保存在你的设备上，没有排行榜。

5. 游戏进度

进度保存在你的设备上。删除 App 或更换设备导致的进度丢失，我们无法找回。iCloud 同步计划在后续更新中加入。

6. 变更与可用性

我们可能更新游戏、增加或调整内容，并更新本条款，最新版本以本页为准。我们会尽力保持游戏可用，但在法律允许的范围内，游戏按“现状”提供。
